Sell the building before it exists.
An off-plan development has nothing to film, but it can still be shown. From renders, plans and references we cut a film that shows the finished building: the spaces, the light, the surroundings and the life it will have. Here is some of our latest work.

What we need to start.
Project renders (exteriors, amenities, interiors), plans or masterplan, your logo and any style references you like. With that we cut a film that shows the finished development, for the sales gallery, the website, social and ads, from day one of the launch.
Where needed, we use AI to generate what the renders don't show: people using the spaces, an on-screen presenter, transitions between rooms or the surroundings at different times of day. And we cut vertical versions for Reels and TikTok from the same material.

Can you make a video of a development that hasn't been built yet?
Yes. We start from renders, plans and references and, with editing, music, titles and AI-generated imagery where needed, the film shows the finished development.
What material do I need to send?
Renders, plans or masterplan, your logo and style references. 3D animations or a virtual tour help too.
Can you make versions for social?
Yes: vertical 9:16 versions for Reels, TikTok and Shorts from the same material.
