Yes, that's exactly what we do: we edit your renders, 3D walkthroughs or footage into a film. The package doesn't include 3D modelling or rendering; we start from what you already have.
It depends on the channel. For a website or a presentation, 60–90 seconds is usually enough to show exteriors, interiors and amenities; on social media, shorter vertical pieces work better. The package covers one film up to 90 s, in 16:9 and 9:16.

Your renders, walkthroughs or footage, your logo and key copy (name, location, unit types) and your music, if you have it. Please upload the original, uncompressed files.
Yes: you get the 16:9 version for your website and portals, and the 9:16 version for social. If you don't send your own music, we create an original track made for your video.
