Qué datos tratamos
Los que nos das en el formulario (nombre, email y, si los indicas, empresa y teléfono), los detalles de tu proyecto y el material que subas para editar.
Para qué
Para gestionar tu pedido: preparar el presupuesto, recibir tu material, editar el vídeo, entregártelo y comunicarnos contigo sobre él. No enviamos publicidad.
Base legal
La ejecución del encargo que nos solicitas (art. 6.1.b RGPD) y tu consentimiento al enviar el formulario.
Con quién se comparten
Con los proveedores que necesitamos para prestar el servicio, que actúan como encargados del tratamiento: Supabase (base de datos de pedidos, alojada en la UE), Dropbox (recepción y almacenamiento del material), Google (correo electrónico) y proveedores de herramientas de edición y procesamiento de vídeo. Algunos pueden tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo con las garantías que exige el RGPD.
Cuánto tiempo
Mientras dure el encargo y, después, el tiempo exigido por la ley (por ejemplo, obligaciones fiscales). Puedes pedirnos que borremos tu material en cualquier momento.
Tus derechos
Puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad escribiendo a hello@dmarcovisual.com. Si consideras que no hemos atendido bien tu solicitud, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

Data we process
What you give us in the form (name, email and, optionally, company and phone), your project details and the footage you upload for editing.
Purpose
To handle your order: quote, receive your footage, edit the video, deliver it and talk to you about it. We don't send marketing.
Legal basis
Performance of the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent when submitting the form.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to deliver the service, acting as processors: Supabase (order database, hosted in the EU), Dropbox (receiving and storing footage), Google (email) and video editing and processing tool providers. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Retention
For the duration of the job and then as long as the law requires (e.g. tax obligations). You can ask us to delete your footage at any time.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@dmarcovisual.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
